Flexible Heavy-Duty Transportation for a U.S. Manufacturing Facility

Modern manufacturing facilities often need to transport heavy components, tooling, equipment and production materials between multiple workstations.

Unlike fixed production lines, these transportation routes may change according to different production tasks, making flexibility an important requirement for internal material handling.

For this project, BECHUR supplied a customized trackless electric transfer cart for a customer in the United States.

The vehicle was designed to provide flexible point-to-point transportation without the need to install fixed rails, making it suitable for existing factory layouts and changing production routes.

Instead of relying on embedded rails, the vehicle can travel directly on the workshop floor, providing greater flexibility when transferring materials between different production areas.

The large flat loading deck is suitable for handling industrial components, production materials, tooling and other heavy loads. Its low-profile structure also helps maintain load stability during transportation.
